Mergers and acquisitions advisory
Genesia offer a comprehensive advisory throughout the entire transaction process.
Buy-side:
Genesia execute an analysis of the potential acquisition targets in the given sector and region, subsequently assist
with the selection of suitable acquisition targets, architect a strategy of approach of selected targets, and
lead negotiations with owner/s of targets.
Aside from these services, Genesia conduct a valuation of the selected targets, draft an appropriate structure
of the transaction, provide assistance with the preparation of the transaction, and play a (key) role in the
selection of suitable financing of the potential transaction. Genesia also coordinate due diligence process, managing
the entire transaction for their clients.
Sell-side: Genesia manage and organise the whole disposal process; this typically involves the analysis and valuation of the company, the preparation of all the necessary documentation (Short profile, Information memorandum), identification of suitable potential investors, the approach of these investors and evaluation of preliminary bids, including coordination of the due diligence process and evaluation of the binding offers. Complete support during the final negotiations and in the conclusion of the transaction is also provided by Genesia Partners.

Prior Genesia Partners, Miloš worked as a Senior Advisor at Genesia / Investment Banking Section Manager in Commerzbank in Prague / in leading positions in investment banking at ABN AMRO in Prague and at Komerční banka.
MA degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Technical University in Brno, Czech Republic and MBA degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
Prior to Genesia Partners, Markéta worked as an Associate at Genesia / Financial Analyst at Mafra Media Group / Marketing Manager at Synot Tip.
